Welcome to Gilden Woods Okemos, a childcare and preschool conveniently located off of I-96 near Jolly Rd and Okemos Rd. We proudly serve families from Okemos, Lansing, East Lansing, Mason, Haslett, and Grand Ledge, offering early education for children 6 weeks–12 years.
We provide Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Age programs, along with full-time, part-time, drop-in care and Summer Camp options. We offer the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP), a free, state-funded Pre-K program.

Hello! My name is Kali Wiseman. I have been in the child care field for twelve plus years. I graduated from Fulton High School and then attended Grand Valley State University for elementary education. I currently live in Ithaca, with my son, Grant. We enjoy spending time with family, gardening, and being outside enjoying the weather. I look forward to getting to know each of the families here and providing a fun educational safe learning environment for each child.

Hello! My name is Jacquie I have been with Gilden Woods since 2019. I graduated from Haslett High School and then got my CDA through Gilden Woods. I started as an Assistant Teacher then continued to grow with in the company and became a Lead Teacher to Team Lead, and now as Associate Director. I am a mom of two and enjoy doing things out doors and going on trips. It's my goal to provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment.
