Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Gilden Woods New Hudson, a dependable daycare and preschool designed for young learners. We are located just across the street from Atchinson Park on Pontiac Trail and Milford Road. We provide early education and care for children 6 weeks–12 years, supporting families in the New Hudson, Milford, Novi, Brighton, and South Lyon areas.
Our programs include Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Preschool, Pre-K, and Before- and After-School Clubs, with full-time, part-time, and drop-In care options available. We are also proud to partner with the state of Michigan to offer the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) for eligble four year olds. In addition, we provide transportation for school-age children to and from Dolsen Elementary and Kent Lake Elementary. Children can further enjoy enrichments such as Spanish, Soccer, and Gymnastics, bringing movement, creativity, and language learning into their daily routine.
Our staff is CPR & First Aid certified, ensuring children are cared for by experienced professionals. Families love the strong sense of community at our school, where teachers build meaningful relationships with each child and family, and where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to grow.

My name is Carrie and I am the Director of Gilden Woods New Hudson. I have over 30 years experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, much of it spent as a classroom teacher. I love spending my days learning, laughing and growing with the little ones. I enjoy building long lasting relationships with families and making parents feel comfortable with their choice to enroll their little ones at Gilden Woods.
